Another actual conversation
Lynn says: I swear you go back and forth between your stories.
He says: NO I DON'T.
He says: I'm consistent.
He says: I lie until I stop lying.

Lynn says:
Well do you wanna hang around for Saturday night while you're in Toronto? We could go to a Jazz club that I really like.
He says:
I'll probably be hanging out with Pat and Kim on Saturday night, we've been looking forward to meeting for a while.
Lynn says:
Oh well then fine.
Lynn says:
hmph
He says:
Sorry darling.
Lynn says:
I shall find someone else more fabulous.
He says:
I highly doubt it, but it's worth a shot. You never know.

Me: Lynn, if you and I found ourselves on a brand new earth, and we had the power to bring over anybody we wanted so long as we both knew them by assosication, who would you choose?
Lynn: a conflict resolutionist, a mediator, and someone strong enough to keep us off each others' throats.

After a short vlogging sabbatical I'm back. I can't really go into details, but many of you know that I've been going through a lot lately and that's why I haven't been posting as much. I have never felt so creatively drained in my entire life.
I visited my friend Lynn Liao over the weekend in Waterloo. She's a dear old friend who I've known since the summer of 2001. We worked together as camp councillors at Shadow Lake, and took a bus trip to San Francisco after the summer was over. She likes shopping, and I like nature. We clashed.
We went our separate ways. I to South Africa and Los Angeles, and Lynn to Italy for a year. Two years since we last saw each other, it was like we hadn't been separated at all.
Lynn also introduced me to Strongbow, an alcoholic cider. Memories of South Africa flood back to mind when I took the first sip!
The Acid hits we are taking are in fact Listerine Pocket Packs.
Lynn is only one year older than me, I accidentally discovered.
We watched copious amounts of Sex in the City.
If it ever looks like I'm bored, it's a lie.
